Since 2007 when we built a factory on the West Coast of the United States, POSI has been providing dedicated back-office services.  Thanks to POSI, we have been able to efficiently allocate valuable in-house talent to product development, manufacturing, and sales, allowing us to promote the spread of miso and fermented foods in the U.S.
