POSI has established a joint venture, POSI & Hongo Tsuji Inc., with the Hongo Tsuji Group, whose core organization is Hongo Tsuji Tax & Consulting, one of Japan’s largest tax accounting firms. The new company was created to further strengthen support for both outbound and inbound business activities in Japan.

By combining the Hongo Tsuji Group’s extensive professional resources and expertise with POSI’s more than 30 years of experience in the United States, the joint venture will provide comprehensive, one-stop support for international business expansion. In addition to POSI’s existing assistance to Japanese companies entering and expanding in the United States and Mexico, the new company will support U.S. and other overseas companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in Japan.

At POSI & Hongo Tsuji Inc., services will be provided by qualified bilingual professionals with extensive experience in both Japan and the United States. To further facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the two countries, a professional seconded from the Hongo Tsuji Group is stationed at POSI’s Los Angeles office.

Going forward, POSI and the Hongo Tsuji Group will continue to leverage their respective strengths to provide comprehensive accounting, tax, and consulting support for international business activities, particularly between Japan and the United States.
