We are announcing exciting news that POSI will be merging with Shimomura & Co., CPAs effective January 1, 2024.  Shimomura & Co., CPAs, founded by Mr. Masaki Shimomura in 2002, has been providing services primarily in New York and Los Angeles.  The decision to merge was reached due to the shared values and the common emphasis on building long-lasting relationships with clients and employees.

As a result of the merger, POSI will expand its service fields along with the addition of 10 new bilingual team members including 7 CPAs, of which, 7 will be based on the East Coast, primarily in New York, 2 will work in the Los Angeles area, and 1 in Tokyo.  Several joint projects have already begun between the two companies.
